Descubrimiento Los transistores más extendidos actualmente fueron inventados en Estados Unidos de América en 1948, por tres investigadores de la Bell Telephone Laboratories: J. Bardeen, W. H. Brattain y William Shockley, que fueron galardonados en 1956 con el “Premio Nobel de Física”.
